RPO Program Manager
 
Location: Budapest, Hungary
 
Job purpose:
The RPO Program Manager is managing a Recruitment Process Outsourcing engagement with a leading Global Company. This is a service, client and team management role.
 
The key tasks as a RPO Program Manager would include:

  • Primary relationship manager for this RPO engagement; developing a strong business partnership with the client’s Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers
  • People and performance management of the onsite RPO team
  • Ensuring adequate work allocation and resources to the RPO program in line with forecast provided by the client
  • Responsible for the monitoring and delivery of the contract Service Level Agreements, assessing risks to delivery and escalating as appropriate
  • Date & KPI reporting for stakeholders
  • Leading the ongoing development of creative recruitment sourcing strategies
  • Initiating research and investigating new ideas to find passive candidates though a variety of methods
  • Applicant Tracking System handling
  • As a bridge, expertly manage communication and cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers 

Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a service delivery or project management role is strong advantage
  • Strong interest in recruitment solutions
  • Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition partner is an advantage, strong preference for experience gained in an in-house capacity or onsite with an RPO provider.
  • Experience managing a small team is required
  • Excellent business acumen and a broad understanding of current business trends and strategies, understanding of how to use metrics and analytics to support business objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (business) English
  • Ability to provide a consistently high level of client satisfaction

 
Required Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English Proficient User - Level C1 minimum

 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • ATS or CRM systems experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Postgraduate or master’s degree
