HR Administrator for Italy


Responsibilities:
  • Preparing employment contracts and additional documentation
  • Collect necessary documents from new hire, notify relevant stakeholders, inform Hiring Manager of checklist, prepare announcement
  • The onboarding process both for external and internal hires
  • Collecting necessary data for Contracts and Change Letters
  • Managing vendors (Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, invoice management
  • Make suggestions on process improvements

Requirements:
  • University/college degree or ongoing studies
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must
  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience is a nice to have
  • general HR knowledge, including basic knowledge within resourcing, policies and legal requirements (in Italy)
  • experience in administrative tasks
  • good communication, networking and interpersonal skills
