IT Portal Expert
Your tasks:
- Design and manage the user front end of the IT Portal (including shopping cart and self-services)
- Optimize existing workflows and drive the level of automation for group-wide IT services
- Analysis, evaluation and prioritization of requirements and demands regarding the IT portal
- Ensuring the IT portal operation including 2nd / 3rd support, test management and documentation
- Active collaboration and assumption of responsibilities in a cross-functional team
Your profile:
- University degree of computer science, business or equivalent qualification
- Comparable degree, technical certification(s), or equivalent IT experience
- Experience with portal technology like “BMC Helix Digital Workplace”, “ServiceNow” or comparable
- Very good knowledge of process automation (workflow development and management)
- Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
