HR Generalist
We are looking for a HR Generalist for one of our multinational parnters!
Main activities and responsibilities:
• Responsible for all HR related tasks
• HR Controlling, Compensation and Benefits system maintenance
• Management of the HR budget on local level
• Local HR policy design and implementation with Legal & Compliance
• Involvement in the local Wellness, Diversity & Inclusion and engagement activities
• Responsible for the whole branch’s HR administration and payroll preparation with external payroll vendor
• Consultation with the managers to attract, maintain and develop talents
• Providing support and consultancy to people managers
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist/Junior HR Business Partner
• Strong communication skills in English
• College or university degree
• High level of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to understand business needs and goals
• Flexible, proactive personality
• Strong motivation to learn and develop
• Excellent client service focus, confidence in managing human relationships
