Main responsibilities:
Procurement
- Ensure the best supply efficiency and effectiveness in the entire supply flow of raw materials and components to the production
- Responsible for the daily procurement
- Managing the material shortage collaboratively with the Scheduling and the Production colleagues
- Check the incoming components and the deviation of the ladings and invoices
- Keep frequent contact, including visits with the suppliers sharing the order's update, the future forecast and the trend of the demand
- Analyze, propose and modify the Supply set up in order to guarantee the optimal status of the Stock
- Ensuring contract agreements are met in full by measuring and monitoring KPIs in terms of delivery and service
Scheduling
- Keep the contacts with the Internal Sales and Demand Planning Department, receiving the tasks to satisfy the customers’ needs and reporting them the progress of these tasks
- Check the current production capacity, raw materials and components availability, unit loads, equipment and machines productivity, available manpower
- Responsible to plan and prepare the detailed daily production scheduling program. Modify and adjust the Scheduling program in case of external critical events or as consequence of internal priority change
- Assess and report on the commercial implications of the different ‘supply side’ models available
- Collects data related to standards, process flows, resources and equipment and propose the needed improvements in the operations flow
- Prepare the Annual Production plan and verify the feasibility

- Former experience in multinational production company
- Prioritizing skill
- Result-oriented, autonomous, and proactive personality
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- MS Office knowledge (Excel)
- Fluent English
