Senior Customs Specialist
The Senior Customs Specialist shall work in Logistics Department direct report to Logistics Director and dot in line report to Regional Customs Compliance Manager. The person will be responsible for Europe Supply Center customs operation main tasks are listed below:
Responsibilities
- Follow up and study the customs regulation and related policy changes
- Support EMS partners’ customs business
- Responsible for customs classification
- maintain HS code database in the system, provide HS code for EMS and suppliers
- Take part on supplier’s meeting and internal trainings
- Follow up customs clearance related KPIs
- Take part and support customs audits, collect materials requested by auditors
- Support Europe Region countries daily in- and outbound operation
Requirements
- Bsc degree of economics/ logistics/ internatinal trade/ customs education
- Have at least 5 year customs management/operation experience at manufacturing company/forwarding company/customs authority
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good learning ability, teamwork spirit and strong work initiative.
- Open to work in multicultural environment
- Good understanding of systems, MS Office package
- English (B2) and Hungarian knowledge
