HR Generalist
The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a
Senior HR Generalist/HR Manager
professional for its partner operating in the banking sector.
What will you do:
- Be responsible for the HR function, include recruitments, staff daily management, arrangement of training, management of payroll and employee benefits;
- Manager the immigration tasks(ex. Apply for the work permit and resident card for the expatriates) of staffs;
- Ensure the implementation of new/updated policies and procedures of HR function;
- Performs all administrative activities related to the HR department including follow-up of leaves, illness, etc.;
- Prepares HR communications and provides employees with clarifications if needed;
- Be the first point of contact for any HR issues and coordinates all HR activities with external providers;
- Detects all needs and requirements both from employees and the bank;
- Reports any customer complaints to his/her direct Management and to the Compliance Department Qualifications;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
- 5 years of experience in a similar position, good knowledge of recruitment process, payroll and employee benefits, employer responsibilities;
- General knowledge of the Labor code and related rules and practices in Hungary;
- Fluent written and spoken English, ( French or German speaking is an asset;)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, aware of the importance of confidentiality, proactivity, autonomy and work flexibility, ability to work in an international environment
