Operational Excellence Leader
The Sourcing Operational Excellence Leader leads P2P process and projects &initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business or is a recognized expert in a specialized field. Responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise.
- Lead and Provide financial planning, analysis and reporting support to global leadership during BR’s/V1/V3 and financial close;
- Partner with functional business leaders to drive variable/base cost performance both locally and globally;
- Contribution to Standard costing and FIFO process for all Europe ES sites;
- Identify and understand risks & opportunities and help the team in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities both locally and globally;
- Tracking business progress against plans and recommending actions to get the planned performance for the operating teams;
- Driving standardization & process improvement across P&Ls in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practise sharing;
- Lead C&B deep dives and analysis to validate opportunities;
- Coordinate the full cycle of Investment Projects in Europe;
- Drive account reconciliation for P&E accounts;
- Drive periodic fixed asset count;
- Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives;
- Coach junior associate(s) to ensure adequate support to operations, subject to organizational changes and business growth.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 additional years of experience in a Sourcing position
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily
- Experienced with principles and procedures related to contract terms and conditions.
- Strong leadership skills 
- Experience with Oracle/SAP 
- Excellent proficiency with office computer applications i.e. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
- Negotiation expertise is preferred
