ANIMAL NUTRITION ENGINEER
YOUR ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Central Europe Director, the Animal Nutrition Engineer shall play the crucial biding role between formulators and nutritionists on one side and Central Europe sales team in market opening for Phosphea Specialties products on Hungarian speaking markets.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- To actively participate in market development and spread of the business in the area for Phosphea specialty products
- To analyze the animal feed markets in the area of Central Europe, growth perspectives, opportunities and threats and report any information of interest
- To endorse the benefits of the Phosphea Specialties products to decision makers and end users within potential and existing customers, via strong technical presentations
- To master the technical aspects related to Phosphea’s specialties products
- To maximize the market intel through Phosphea CRM system for reporting of visits, projects, customer contacts and customer information
- Participate in marketing
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in agriculture or animal nutrition
- Strong animal nutritionist ideally with an expertise in ruminants, with a minimum of 3 years in the animal feed industry, ideally including feed formulation experience
- Ability and confidence to give good presentations
- Fluent in Hungarian and working knowledge of English
- Open, team-oriented and dynamic personality eager to travel and take up big challenges
