Corporate Coverage Associate (Slovak/Czech Speaker)


Adecco is looking for a Corporate Coverage Associate who has experience in the banking industry and would support our international banking client with various corporate finance activities. 
Responsibilities:
Regional focus with tasks cross countries as well as local tasks for each of the countries in Central Europe.
  • Supporting the Coverage Team in various tasks (in pitches, taking into account Business Lines inputs, collect all relevant data from internal and external sources, preparation of pitch materials for client meetings, in meeting their financial targets, in client marketing by providing analysis on client activity.)
  • Acting as credit analyst (assessment of counterparty and credit risk, preparation of credit proposals, credit risk monitoring)
  • Gathering and analyzing client and prospect related data to support the commercial strategy definition. Analysis of leads for potential transactions
  • Undertaking full research preparation on any prospect clients
  • Supporting Corporate Finance/Leverage Finance Transaction in the Central Europe region
  • Updating central data collection tools base (especially the Current CRM Tool) on knowledge gathered from members of the Coverage Team and external sources during pitches
  • Competitive analysis of corporate segments
  • Analysis of business potential for specific product lines with clients
  • Opportunity pipeline follow-up
  • Support in the budgeting process
  • Assistance in managing the credit process, liaising with the other Credit Analysts to ensure Annual Review and transaction requests are processed in a timely manner prior to sign off by SBOs. Calculation of RAROC/CEVA and RWA and submission of support memo if relevant
  • Assistance in the relationship manager’s part of the KYC process


Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experiences linked to Credit Analysis or Corporate Finance
  • Fluent in English and in Slovak and/or in Czech language
  • Willing to work independently as well as in a team
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills
