  • Provides 1st and/or 2nd level telephone support to external and internal clients in connection with personal computers or networks, or network devices within the set expected service levels and in a quality beyond the expectations of the client
  • End user support via mail or telephone
  • Resolution of End User Incidents not resolved on first line and remotely resolvable
  • Handling of standard and non-standard changes and service requests for single End Users
  • Promotion of knowledge systems enabling first line analysts to increase their first contact resolution
  • Invokes problem management
  • Strives to resolve at least 70% -80% in the first contact
  • Track and Trace of open user requests within all delivery parties

  • >3 years in Service Desk
  • Languages: C1 German (and B2 English)
  • University or College, preferable ICT
  • Microsoft MCITP certifications: Windows 7 / Windows 10 (or equivalent knowledge)
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Customer Service: Customer Service Representative Professionalism, Process, Skills
  • Lean: Lean mindset
  • Customer focussed, disciplined, service attitude
  • Polite, patient, friendly
