Senior Sourcing Analyst

The NON-IT Professional Services Sourcing Analyst role is part of the RMO Sourcing organisation. The team’s primary role is to conduct strategic sourcing and procurement for NON-IT Professional Services services that are purchased by the client businesses.
Responsible for daily transaction processing; ensuring that all items are handled in a controlled and compliant manner according to all internal policies and procedures, and external rules and regulations.

Enterprise Infrastructure is responsible for providing critical infrastructure and support to client on an enterprise-level, across all businesses and Regions. The Resource Management Organization (RMO) supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through competitive bidding and selection to contracting and payment. The RMO’s purpose is to ensure we manage our supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging client’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Quote Management

o Liaise with suppliers, cluster sourcing, in-country sourcing and commodity managers and internal customers.
o Utilize various procurement tools and processes to research supplier and commodity information.
o Obtain quotations from suppliers. Maintain Preferred Supplier list for managed countries and ensure regular Sourcing review of the PSL.
o Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing where applicable. Capture and report the saves as agreed with Analytics team.
o Provide support and advice to end user and suppliers on products and purchase orders.
  • Order Management

o Place orders with vendors
o Coordinate approval of POs – actively drive sourcing approval process (reminders and escalations). .
o Respond to internal customer and supplier inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide information as needed.
  • Quality and Controls

o Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to client's process and procedures.
o Maintain service levels to customers, evidenced by KPIs.
o Ensure high levels of Customer Service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment.
o Support a seamless interface with Accounts Payable and other Sourcing teams.
  • Sourcing and Contract Management

o Contribute to or execute end-to-end sourcing projects
o Facilitate or contribute to eAuctions and eRFx events
o Manage suppliers and business clients during the tender process in collaboration with Sourcing Services
o Support senior managers with building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in the cluster
o Report sourcing results, savings and co-ordinate approvals
o Prepare & facilitate contract approvals, renewals and extensions
o Utilise electronic procurement tool (eSourcing)
Knowledge and Experience 
• Min. 12 months employment in multinational / shared service environment OR 3 years regardless of the field
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Basic command of MS Suite
• Teamwork
• Flexibility
• Accuracy, attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
• Communication skills - able to use various communication channels, shape their message in understandable and appropriate manner
• Basic College (BA) or (BS) preferred
• Professional Supply Chain qualification is desirable
