Responsibilites
- Process/input data that impact payroll timely and accurately
- Process payroll activities for employees and ensure timely and accurate transfer of funds to banks
- Handle queries from employees on payroll related matters
- Work with Support Team to resolve system configuration problems and issues
- Support Payroll Supervisor to ensure compliance in all aspect of Payroll Calendar for Budapest Payrolls in scope
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Ensure work processes and documentation under responsibility comply with relevant controls requirements
Requirements
- University degree
- Relevant experience in payroll is preferred
- Attention to detail
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel is a must
- English and Norwegian language is a must
