Job description
Within this results driven and customer-focused environment, we are looking a new colleague to join our team beased in Budapest, Hungary. As a CRT Representative you will be mainly responsible for management of customer’s debt all around the world. You will communicate and handle client queries with insurance and our debt collection specialist in different countries. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motived, target driven and confident professional.
Main responsibilities
- Management of customer’s debt portfolios abroad.
- Daily handling of inbound customer queries with insurance, brokers and debt collectors world wide.
- Managing and co-ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of support.
- Managing customer relations in a proactive way to ensure the customer support.
- Play an active role in the Complaint Handling Processes.
- Registration of new debt collection cases and new clients in the sístem.
- Maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Reporting
- Administrative tasks.
Job requirements
- Experience with debt collection, preferably within the business to business (B2B) environment.
- The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and communications skills, both written and verbal with fluency in Hungarian and English languages.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- A good Excel knowledge.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting.
