Solution Analyst R&D

Tasks:

• Participation in short analysis and understand the requirement
• Check the possible solutions on alignment with the strategy
• Support business partner to properly plan and initiate the activities
• Supports cross functional team to deliver common solutions for the Business
• Contribute to the implementation of the IT-Strategy in the respective area

Profile:

• Degree in (Business) Information Technology or related disciplines
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem solving thinking
• Must be familiar with a variety of R&D and Program management systems and platforms
• Experience in Microsoft SQL 2016, Power BI, SAP  
• English Fluent (Further language skills e.g. German is an advantage)
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and external partners
• Willingness to travel
