Customer Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Customer contacting, complaint handling and support in quality questions
(customer portal, through other communication channels)
- Coordination of problem-solving teams for customer complaints, applying problem-solving techniques
- Handling of change request and process changes
- Managing of customer initial samples (PPAP), approve with customer
- Regular reporting and consultation with the customer on the status of complaints
- Support in customer relevant quality issues within the ZF organization
- Organization and coordination of customer audits / visits (ZF / Customer)
Requirements:
- Technical advanced degree
- 2 years of experience on similar position preferred
- Proficiency in the practical application of quality problem solving methods
- English language – fluent, German language skills would be a plus
- Good communication skills, determined
- Analytical thinking, strategic vision
- Willingness to travel
