Junior Machine Learning Specialist

Your tasks:

• Develop machine learning algorithms and deploy them into production
• Experience with vision processing, deep neural networks, Gaussian processes, and reinforcement learning
• Extensive understanding of statistics, math, programming and algorithm fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills
• Takes care of operationalization and maintenance of machine learning models
• Tracks quality of machine learning models to decide if a retraining is needed
• Experience in the application of parametric and non-parametric learning methods
• Writing software test, unit tests as well as E2E-tests

Your profile:

• Master's degree (PHD preferred) in Mathematics, Physics or Computer Sciences (or equivalent) with fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, (big data) analytics and AI technologies, processes and procedure models
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, (Big Data) Analytics, cloud/software/application development and other related disciplines
• Profound knowledge of ML and Data Engineering, MLOps, Data Management and programming languages such as Python or R including associated data, analytics and ML frameworks/libraries and analytics tools and technology (Microsoft Azure Cloud, Databricks, MLflow, DevOps etc.)
• Highly motivated and open personality, outstanding ability to communicate, personal commitment, organizational skills, flexibility, creativity, teamwork
• Experience working in agile teams, comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
