Service Desk Agent - German & English speaking
Task:
- Provides telephone support to external and internal clients in connection with personal computers or networks, or network devices within the set expected service levels and in a quality beyond the expectations of the client
- End user support via mail or telephone
- Resolution of End User Incidents not resolved on first line and remotely resolvable
- Handling of standard and non-standard changes and service requests for single End Users
- Population of knowledge systems enabling first line analysts to increase their first contact resolution
- Invokes problem management
Expectation:
- 1-3 years experience in Service Desk
- University or College, preferable ICT
- C1 German
- B2 English
- Microsoft MCITP certifications: Windows 7 / Windows 10 (or equivalent knowledge)
- Customer Service: Customer Service Representative Professionalism, Process, Skills
- Lean: Lean mindset
- Customer focussed, disciplined, service attitude
- Polite, patient, friendly
