Customer Relations Care Professional – German or French Speaking
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all aspects customer relation from calling clients after fairs and making the offer
- Making the follow up calls
- Getting the actual order
- Negociating buying prices with printers and tin box factories mainly located in Serbia, Poland , Turkey and China
- Placing order at partner factory
- Following up all artworks given by client to make sure final product is up to client expectations
- Confirm delivery time and make delivery note and invoice
- Attend 4 fairs per year mainly in France and Germany
- Visit clients mainly located in France / Benelux / Germany physically 5 to 8 weeks per year
About our requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/ project coordination/ sales
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German or French
- University degree
- Able to work independently
- Result driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Open minded, modern personality
Why should you join:
- 1200 euro net per month salary
