Hungarian Payroll Operations Analyst
About your tasks and responsibilities:
- Process / input data that impact payroll timely and accurately
- Process payroll activities for employees and ensure timely and accurate transfer of funds to banks
- Work with Payroll Vendor and IT Support Team to resolve system configuration problems and issues
- Prepare & Distribute Payroll Calendars
- Operates and review the payroll process in collaboration with a Vendor Payroll service provider
- Provides Payroll Customer Service
- Management of Change coordination Payroll System and Time Attendance System changes
- Time Attendance System Administrator; ROTA / SHIFT employees Time Administrator
About our requirements:
- Fluent level of English and Hungarian is a must
- Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience (in accounting or finance)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to take self-initiative and seek challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Attention to accuracy and detail and ability to meet priorities and deadlines
