What will be your responsibilities: 
  • Lead and develop the team, ensure that the payroll and labor administration operations are running smoothly in accordance with Adecco’s standards and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate reports required by existing labor and insurance legislation.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating software of payroll 
  • Contribute to the broadening scope of services offered to existing clients
  • Responsible for the accuracy of payroll sent to clients.
  • Represents Adecco in relations with the payroll, social security contributions and other payroll issues
  • Plans, coordinates, measures and controls of payroll department employee’s activity.
  • Ensure maintenance and upgrade program for payroll to ensure the production of documents, states and reports are correctly and completely, consistent with legal requirements, management or customer requests
  • Coordinates preparing monthly payroll for internal colleagues.
  • Responsible for the correctness of payroll and related social contributions
  • Responsible to coordinate the issuance of reports requested by clients and Adecco management.
  • Responsible to coordinate the wage issue and submission of declarations to the competent authorities within the time required by law.

We are looking for you if you are:
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll execution in a company of significant and complex payroll activity (500+ employees, part-time contracts, shifts, overtimes)
  • Up to date knowledge of local labor law and payroll administration
  • Payroll system working experience.
  • At least intermediate English knowledge (both written and oral)
  • You are a precise, proactive personality who likes to focus on the solution
  • You won’t be scared if you’re facing tasks or situations you haven’t encountered before 
  • You consider yourself an open, positive, dynamic person 

  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Experience in software implementation
  • B category driving license
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Experience in a multinational environment
  • Experience at HR service provider company
