Payroll and Administration Manager

PAYROLL AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

What will be your responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the team, ensure that the payroll and labor administration operations are running smoothly in accordance with Adecco’s standards and contractual obligations.
- Oversee the timely and accurate reports required by existing labor and insurance legislation.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating software of payroll
- Contribute to the broadening scope of services offered to existing clients
- Responsible for the accuracy of payroll sent to clients.
- Represents Adecco in relations with the payroll, social security contributions and other payroll issues
- Plans, coordinates, measures and controls of payroll department employee’s activity.
- Ensure maintenance and upgrade program for payroll to ensure the production of documents, states and reports are correctly and completely, consistent with legal requirements, management or customer requests
- Coordinates preparing monthly payroll for internal colleagues.
- Responsible for the correctness of payroll and related social contributions
- Responsible to coordinate the issuance of reports requested by clients and Adecco management.
- Responsible to coordinate the wage issue and submission of declarations to the competent authorities within the time required by law.
We are looking for you if you are:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll execution in a company of significant and complex payroll activity (500+ employees, part-time contracts, shifts, overtimes)
- Up to date knowledge of local labor law and payroll administration
- Payroll system working experience.
- At least intermediate English knowledge (both written and oral)
- You are a precise, proactive personality who likes to focus on the solution
- You won’t be scared if you’re facing tasks or situations you haven’t encountered before
- You consider yourself an open, positive, dynamic person
