About your tasks and your responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 support, monitor and take preventive and correctives actions
- Implement the requested changes
- Manage the Knowledge Base
- Define test cases and execute SIT and/or UAT
- Provide on-demand analysis and report on the Global Business Services performance
About the requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience of business system deployment, administration and support
- Advanced practice in MS Excel
- Advanced English language skills
- Practise in Customer Support
