CRM Technical Analyst
Our partner is a major, global institution in the financial sector. They are looking for a CRM Technical Analyst.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Design, implement and operate Operational and Analytical CRM ETL jobs, custom reports
- Working with 3rd party providers, customers
- Evaluation of technical feasibility of development requests
Essential
- analitical skills, ability to adapt new tools
- experience in customer orinted environment
- MS SQL scripting knowledge
- C#, PowerShell
- Developing SSIS ETL packages, SSRS or PowerBI
Preferred skills
- Minimum Bachelor degree (engineering or similar)
- Experince with SAS BI, Aurea.CRM,
- Multitasking personality, flexibility, capacity for teamwork
