IT Service Management Specialist
Our partner is a major, global institution in the financial sector. They are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Driving and managing ICT operation processes (ICT Incident, ICT Change, Release, Service Continuity
- Establish KPI metrics, benchmarks
- Manage task assignments, projects
- Coordinating IT and Business teams in an international environment (Problem Management, Advisory Boards)
- Indentifying and executing opportunities for process improvement
- Work with IT teams
Essential
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in IT Engineering, Business Management or Administration (or comparable working experience)
- IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MS Office, Excel
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English
