We are on the lookout for a creative thinker to join the Talent Attraction and Engagement team in Budapest. This team are part of the wider Talent Acquisition function and are responsible for implementing and executing the overall Talent Attraction strategy across the EMEA region to meet Citi’s Early Careers and professional hiring requirements.
This role will report to Head of Talent Attraction and Engagement for Central Eastern Europe. The focus of the position will be to lead on social media for early careers and professional hiring across Central Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using recruitment metrics and analytics to run effective talent attraction social media campaigns
- Prepare marketing materials and bring marketing campaigns to life
- Advising TA partners and business stakeholders on attraction strategy
- Analysing channel effectiveness
- Supporting the coordination and attending attraction events (physical and virtual)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in off-line and on-line marketing campaigns organisation
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation options
- Experience of social media advertising for recruitment
Desirable:
- Experience of using adobe photoshop/illustrator or any relevant design tools
- Experience of using a CRM system and content creation for email marketing
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
