Senior Order Fulfillment Professional

Our Client is a leader in providing next-gen telecommunications networks offering most innovative and customized products, services, and solutions.

The Order Management department is growing, hence we are looking for a Senior Order Fulfillment Professional to join the Budapest (9th district) office and become a member of a team of 40 specialists.

Tasks:

As a Senior Order Fulfillment Professional you will be familiar with the European supply chain ecosystem, and have the capability of order management modeling in different business scenarios to meet customer demand and improve order fulfillment efficiency with digital tools. You will:

• Participate in project supply solution design, manage the delivery schedule and risks, and provide solutions for customer specific requirements
• On a regional basis, manage the whole order fulfillment process from PO signing to delivery to ensure timely and complete delivery for customer
• Cooperate with teams across functions (factory, warehouse, logistics) to arrange smooth production and shipment planning
• Understand the customer requirement, guide the demand pace, provide forecasting and effectively manage risks
• Understand the supply characteristics of ICT products, manage potential capability change risks, achieve a balance between supply and demand.

Requirements:

• Academic degree, ideally in Management, Economy, Logistics or Engineering
• 5+ years work experience in supply chain / forwarding / order management or similar
• Strong communication skills with high customer orientation mindset
• Fluent language skills both in English and Hungarian
• Good organization skills and good team work
• SAP, Oracle or other ERP knowledge is useful
• Tableau, Power BI skills will help, but not essential
