Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaking
Tasks:
- Manage the external end to end recruitments, sourcing and screening
- Build and manage the candidate database
- First contact with the candidates, interviews, prepare the offers
- Prepare the interviews and shortlist for the Hiring Managers
- Manage the recruiting platforms, posts, talent pipelines and search for new recruitment tools to identify the most relevant candidates
- Work together with the Hiring Managers and support the selection process
About you
- 2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting (SSC, international company), strong sourcing skills and background
- Bachelor’s or Masters' degree
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
- ATS systems knowledge, MS Office user skills
- Passion for building relationships and helping a business grow through talent
- Results oriented attitude, excellent organizational skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive
