Our partner is a multinational company in oil industry. They would love to welcome you in their team as a
Administrator of Marine Department

About your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to the marine department
  • Distribute daily mail and maintain group email in Shared Mailbox
  • Data enter invoices into transportation system VIP
  • Enter/ check volume data into transportation system VIP
  • Develop invoice support files with appropriate
  • Where applicable, verify that invoice is submitted with required documentation
  • Send confirmation of invoice receipt to 3rd Party
  • Define appropriate freight analyst and forward invoice file for handling
  • Investigate, follow up and resolution of problem / missing items

About our requirements:
  • Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Basic accounting preferred but not essential
  • Experience in administration is an advantage
  • Team player
  • Ability to work to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive attitude
