Process Engineer
Task:
- Develop new processes in support of a new RFQ or in support of a major improvement project
- Improve existing manufacturing processes
- Lead the implementation of new products on the manufacturing location
- Specify/maintain global process design rules/functionalities
- Conduct DFA/DFM (Design For Assembly/Design For Manufacturing)
- Explore market/industry for new process technologies/applications
- Align process/product requirements with R&D (Product development & Innovation)
- Train and deploy new technologies, knowhow and guidelines to the manufacturing plants (train the trainer principle),and support local operations as an expert on escalated topics/issues.
- Prove process feasibility, provide proof of concept and conduct process prototyping (Lead/ support trial run builds)
- Keep contact with equipment suppliers/ indicate tendering activity
- Specify technical parameters for new projects
- Be the window person between the R&D (Belgium) and manufacturing site (Hungary)
- Participation in internetaional process engineering projects/ workshops
- Prepare Trial run reports, Control Plans, Flow charts, PFMEAs, support MSA study
Expectation:
- University or college degree in engineering
- Relevant experience as project engineer in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Hungarian and English language skills (oral and written) at communication level
- Independent problem solving and organisational skills
- Open-mindedness and communication skills
- Participation in an international team
Other:
- lean and kaizen basic knowledge
- PLC or robot programming knowledge
- Industry 4.0
- Traceability/ MES system knowledge
- Experience with machine installations/ inclusive approval documentation
